Job summary

Beside Group in Dubai is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail outlet, drive sales performance, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will hire, train and coach staff, monitor stock, implement visual merchandising, and maintain store standards to strengthen brand presence. The role requires a minimum high school education and 2+ years of management experience in fashion retail, with a customer-centric attitude.

Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.
