HRsource, in exclusive partnership with a world-leading luxury Maison, seeks a Store Director for its Abu Dhabi boutique. You will own the boutique's performance, lead a premium team, and deepen VIP/UHNW client relationships across Abu Dhabi and the region.

You will oversee a high-performing management team, drive clienteling, and maintain the Maison's service and presentation standards on the floor and in operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches or similar high-end brands.
• Experience running a large boutique or flagship with strong KPIs and budgets.
• Track record of growing sales and managing sizeable retail teams.
• Expertise in developing VIP/UHNW client relationships and clienteling.
• Good knowledge of GCC luxury market and client base; able to engage regional stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly desirable.

We are exclusively partnering with one of the world’s leading luxury Maisons on the appointment of a Store Director for its Abu Dhabi boutique.

This is a significant store within the regional business, and we are looking for an experienced luxury retail leader who can take full ownership of its commercial performance, team and client development.

This role requires someone comfortable running a serious luxury business. You will be responsible for the boutique's performance, as well as developing the people within it, strengthening the local client base, and building deeper relationships with VIP and UHNW clients across Abu Dhabi and the wider region.

You will lead the management team and Client Advisors, setting clear expectations around performance, service and client development. This is a visible leadership role, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, understands their clients and knows how to create a strong commercial culture without compromising the level of service expected from a leading luxury Maison.

The role

You will have overall responsibility for the boutique, including:

• Full ownership of sales performance, budgets and commercial KPIs
• Leading, developing and retaining a high-performing retail team
• Coaching the management team and identifying future talent within the business
• Developing the boutique's VIP and UHNW client business
• Building strong relationships with existing clients while creating opportunities to acquire new ones
• Driving clienteling activity and ensuring client portfolios are actively managed
• Understanding the Abu Dhabi luxury market and identifying opportunities to grow the business
• Working closely with the regional office on commercial planning, product, marketing and client strategy
• Reviewing product performance, stock opportunities and client demand with the relevant regional teams
• Maintaining the standards of the Maison across service, operations and visual presentation
• Overseeing boutique operations, inventory, CRM and compliance
• Supporting private appointments, launches, events and other important client initiatives
• Representing the Maison within the local market and at regional events

The profile

We are looking for an established luxury retail leader with experience from a recognised international luxury house.

You could currently be a Store Director, Boutique Director or Store Manager, or potentially a very strong senior retail leader already managing a substantial business within a major luxury brand.

You should bring:

• Strong leadership experience within luxury fashion, fine jewellery, watches or another relevant high-end luxury environment
• Experience managing a significant boutique, flagship store or high-value retail business
• A strong commercial track record with responsibility for sales, KPIs and business performance
• Experience managing and developing sizeable retail teams
• Genuine strength in client development, particularly VIP and UHNW clientele
• Good knowledge of the GCC luxury market and its client base
• The confidence to work closely with senior regional and international stakeholders
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly desirable
• A leadership style that is commercial, visible and people-focused
