Qualifications

• Excellent operational discipline with high standards of execution.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Mode Search is supporting a fine jewellery brand with the search for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi boutique. This is a key appointment for the business, requiring a commercially driven leader who can combine strong team management with an established client network and a highly hands-on approach to sales and business development.

Based in Abu Dhabi, this is a boutique-based leadership position with responsibility for the overall commercial and operational performance of the store. The successful candidate will lead the boutique team while remaining highly visible on the shop floor and directly involved in developing relationships with high-net-worth and VIC clients. The role will report into the relevant senior retail leadership team.

The Role

• Take ownership of the overall commercial performance of the Abu Dhabi boutique, driving sales growth and delivering against business objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team, creating a high-performance culture and consistently raising standards.
• Maintain a strong personal presence with clients, actively contributing to sales and the development of key relationships.
• Build and strengthen a network of HNW and VIC clients within the Abu Dhabi luxury market.
• Identify opportunities to grow the boutique’s client base and develop new business within the local market.
• Coach the team on clienteling, relationship management and commercial performance.
• Ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional and consistent luxury client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring strong processes, discipline and execution across all areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a luxury boutique alongside a strong track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable ownership of sales performance and business results.
• Established knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury market and its client landscape.
• Strong HNW and VIC clienteling experience, with the ability to personally develop and maintain key client relationships.
• Demonstrable business development capability and a proactive approach to growing a local client network.
• Previous experience within fine jewellery, high jewellery or luxury watches would be highly advantageous.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills, with the ability to elevate individual and team performance.
• Comfortable remaining highly client-facing while managing the wider responsibilities of the boutique.
• Excellent operational discipline with consistently high standards of execution.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
