HRsource, in exclusive partnership with a world-leading luxury Maison, seeks a Store Director for its Abu Dhabi boutique. You will own the boutique's performance, lead a premium team, and deepen VIP/UHNW client relationships across Abu Dhabi and the region.

You will oversee a high-performing management team, drive clienteling, and maintain the Maison's service and presentation standards on the floor and in operations.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches or similar high-end brands.
• Experience running a large boutique or flagship with strong KPIs and budgets.
• Track record of growing sales and managing sizeable retail teams.
• Expertise in developing VIP/UHNW client relationships and clienteling.
• Good knowledge of GCC luxury market and client base; able to engage regional stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own sales performance, budgets and commercial KPIs for the boutique.
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing retail team on the floor and back of house.
• Coach management and identify future talent within the business.
• Develop VIP/UHNW client business and strengthen local client base.
• Build relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
• Drive clienteling activity and actively manage client portfolios.
• Understand Abu Dhabi luxury market opportunities and drive growth.
• Collaborate with regional office on product, marketing and client strategy.
• Review product performance, stock opportunities and client demand with regional teams.
• Maintain Maison standards across service, operations and visual presentation.
• Oversee boutique operations, inventory, CRM and compliance; support events.
