Responsibilities

Monitor all inventory transactions and stock movements.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Generate inventory control reports and KPI dashboards.
Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and annual stock audits.
Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
Support ERP inventory management and system updates.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments for inventory-related activities.

Job Purpose

To oversee inventory control activities by monitoring stock movements, conducting reconciliations, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor all inventory transactions and stock movements.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Monitor stock accuracy and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and annual stock audits.
Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments for inventory-related activities.
Support ERP inventory management and system updates.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
Ensure proper documentation of inventory adjustments and approvals.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or stores operations in any technical background ( Automotive , Spare parts, Electronics, Metal or any technical Industry ).
