Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for verification, ERP reconciliation and accurate stock reporting. You will monitor stock movements, investigate discrepancies and support audits while ensuring controls across POs, GRNs and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock verification and ERP reconciliation.
• Monitor stock movements and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
• Perform BOM vs. actual consumption variance analysis.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete and damaged inventory.
• Ensure proper PO–GRN–Invoice and Sales Order–Delivery–Invoice controls.
• Validate item master and BOM accuracy.
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits.

Requirements:
