We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage material stock, support warehouse coordination, and ensure accurate documentation of inventory for our building materials division.
Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing building materials
Update and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP)
Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery tracking
Conduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepancies
Label and store materials properly, ensuring easy identification and access
Handle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly audits
Follow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelines
Assist the accounts team in material reconciliation as needed
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
0-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store keeping roles
Basic understanding of building materials and construction-related items is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle physical stock checks
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
