Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensure stock availability, and support seamless warehouse operations in the UAE. The role involves monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

You will work closely with receiving and shipping, perform cycle counts, and generate reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years’ experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in warehouse and retail areas.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Update inventory systems with data from shipments and adjustments.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with space optimization and stock organization.
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and handling procedures.
• Support warehouse staff with locating and picking inventory.

The role involves monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse and the Salesperson’ Cars and Kiosk’s.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Update inventory management systems with data from incoming shipments, transfers, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with space optimization and organization of stock to improve efficiency.
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
• Support warehouse staff with locating and picking inventory for orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
