Job summary

Cargoz.com is hiring a Sales Executive in the UAE to generate new business for storage and warehousing solutions among SME clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding.

A background in warehousing or storage and CRM proficiency are highly valued. The role requires 2–3 years of UAE sales experience, a proven track record of achieving targets, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in UAE, preferably warehousing/logistics or related B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car for client visits across the Emirates.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for storage and warehousing solutions among SME businesses.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline of SME leads and tracking opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and warehouse walkthroughs.
• Prepare tailored storage proposals, quotations, and pricing.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and deals in the CRM.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations to onboard new clients smoothly.
• Stay current on UAE warehousing/logistics market trends and competitor activity.
