Job summary

Radisson Damac Hills Dubai is seeking a Stewarding Team Leader to supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment. You will lead the stewarding team, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and support kitchen and F&B operations.

Responsibilities include supervising daily stewarding tasks, ensuring availability of clean wares, monitoring dishwashing, and coordinating with other departments for smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in hotel stewarding or a similar hospitality role.
• Previous team leader experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations across kitchens, dishwashing areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Lead stewarding colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
• Ensure availability of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment for daily operations.
• Monitor dishwashing machines and proper handling of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards and coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, equipment handling and safety practices.
