Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Stewarding Team Leader for Radisson Hotel Damac Hills in Dubai to supervise daily stewarding operations and maintain hygiene across kitchens and back-of-house spaces.

The role requires 1–2 years in stewarding, leadership ability, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. You will train staff and coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel stewarding or a similar hospitality role.
• Previous team leader experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with dishwashing machines, cleaning equipment, and chemical handling.
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform operational duties when required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations across kitchens and dishwashing areas.
• Lead stewarding colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
• Ensure availability of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment for outlets.
• Monitor dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, food safety, health, and safety standards.
• Monitor the handling, storage and usage of cleaning chemicals.
• Conduct regular inspections of stewarding areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to support daily operations and events.
