Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay invites an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, ensuring kitchens and back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and ready for service.

You will work closely with Culinary and F&B, uphold hygiene and HACCP standards, and support smooth opening, service, and closing procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel stewarding or similar hospitality experience.
• Previous Stewarding Supervisor/Senior Steward/Team Leader experience.
• GCC/Dubai experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, dishwashing, and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stewarding team and allocate daily duties.
• Maintain high hygiene, sanitation and HACCP standards.
• Support opening, service and closing procedures across shifts.
• Collaborate with Culinary, F&B, Engineering and other departments.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and communication.
