Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services is seeking a mechanical engineer for shutdown/turnaround leadership in the UAE market. The role requires coordinating activities with client and contractor teams to ensure safe, timely execution and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with extensive GCC turnaround experience and proven ability to manage resources, permits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 710 years of relevant experience, including 4 years GCC experience.
• Shutdown/Turnaround experience in at least 2 similar Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Knowledge of static equipment maintenance, repair, testing and installation.
• Good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shutdown/turnaround activities with client and contractor planning teams.
• Lead supervisors and foremen to ensure timely and safe job execution.
• Arrange manpower, materials, spares, equipment and work permits.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives and resolve execution issues.
• Maintain job records, checklists, clearance charts and completion certificates.
