Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks an experienced role to coordinate fabrication and piping activities during shutdowns and turnarounds in the UAE. You will lead supervisors, arrange manpower, materials, tools, spares and permits, and report progress to planning teams while ensuring HSE and QA/QC compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in GCC, with knowledge of fabrication, piping, and static equipment maintenance, repair and testing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in GCC.
• Experience in 2 similar Oil & Gas / Petrochemical shutdown or turnaround projects.
• Knowledge of fabrication, piping, static equipment maintenance, repair, testing and installation.
• Good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabrication and piping activities during shutdown/turnaround.
• Lead supervisors and foremen to ensure timely job execution.
• Arrange manpower, materials, tools, spares and work permits.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate with Company, Contractor and Planning teams; report progress and resource requirements.
• Ensure completion of checklists, clearance charts and box-up certificates.
