Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services is seeking a senior mechanical turnaround lead based in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires directing shutdown teams to deliver safe and timely turnaround of heavy mechanical equipment and piping, while ensuring rigorous planning, scheduling, resource management and progress reporting in coordination with clients and subcontractors.

• Mechanical degree or diploma required.
• 15+ years of experience in mechanical turnaround/shutdowns, including GCC exposure and 3 mega TA/shutdown projects.

• Lead unit shutdown teams for safe, timely and quality turnaround of mechanical equipment and piping.
• Ensure job planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with client, planning, inspection teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and technical standards.
