Job summary

talabat, a Delivery Hero company, seeks a Staff/Senior Product Designer to lead the Global Qcommerce Hub squads from Dubai. You’ll shape the product design strategy for quick commerce, spanning web and mobile experiences, collaborating with Berlin teams and stakeholders across 70+ countries.

You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery through usability testing to scalable design systems, driving impact for Shop, Store, and Partner experiences globally.

Qualifications

• Strong product design background with a user-centric approach and a robust portfolio.
• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in data-heavy B2B products.
• Experience leading research and design initiatives, and advocating for design proposals with data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy aligned with product vision across cross-functional partners.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production-ready web and mobile experiences using Figma as the primary tool.
• Advocate for user needs and promote design best practices within the team and organization.
