Key Responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of the assigned product area and collaborate with design leadership to solve complex customer and business problems.
• Conduct generative research to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunity areas.
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights that guide product direction and design decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers to define focus areas, product priorities, feature rationale, and measurable improvement goals.
• Create simple, elegant, and scalable design solutions for complex interaction challenges.
• Reduce assumptions in the design process by using customer feedback, research evidence, and product data.
• Design user flows, prototypes, wireframes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for digital product features.
• Use and evolve the design system to improve consistency, scalability, and design quality across product experiences.
• Facilitate ideation sessions, feedback workshops, and cross-functional discussions that help teams reach clear outcomes.
• Collect feedback from users at different stages of the problem-solving and design process.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Graphics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5-6 years of full-time UX and UI design experience in agile, consumer-focused, high-performance organizations.
• Strong portfolio showing product thinking, design process, user experience understanding, and shipped digital product work.
• Advanced problem-solving ability using frameworks such as double diamond, design thinking, or similar structured design approaches.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers to shape feature strategy, design rationale, and product direction.
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience interacting with users during research, testing, feedback, or discovery activities.
• Experience organizing workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussions.
• Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of what design details matter across discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration stages.
