Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Global Qcommerce Hub in Dubai, leading design across fast-moving non-food offerings. You will collaborate with Berlin-based teams and stakeholders across 70+ countries, shaping intelligent decision platforms for category and store management.

You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation, delivering scalable web and mobile experiences and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer in heavy data B2B products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile user-centric design solutions.
• Experience leading research initiatives and design explorations.

We are on the lookout for a Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining the customer experience in quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaches new market segments, and drives revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go‑to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

You will be involved in the full product development cycle, from brainstorming product innovations to conducting research and running usability testing sessions, to propose simple design solutions used by our Partners Worldwide.

We are seeking high-caliber Staff / Senior Product Designer to lead the newly formed Global Qcommerce Hub squads. Build Locally, Impact Globally.

At the Global Tech Hub for Delivery Hero, talabat will lead the mission to bridge the gap between regional innovation and global standards. You'll be part of the Delivery Hero central product team with a physical presence in Dubai, working directly with Berlin-based domain teams and stakeholders across 70+ countries. We are looking for builders who want to own the entire product lifecycle and create systems that are built for world-class reach. In a DMarts network spanning 500+ stores and 1M+ SKUs, your mission is to build the intelligence layers that take our operations to the next level across both Category Management and Store Management. You'll design core decision platforms that automate assortment, pricing, store operations, merchandising, and availability at scale - driving measurable impact across all global markets. What you'll do

• Lead the design strategy to be in sync with the product strategy and vision by collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production-ready, high-quality web and mobile user experiences using Figma as your primary tool.
• Become the voice of the user by bringing their narrative to the forefront of any product discussion.
• Be responsible for promoting design solutions and best practices within your team and across the organization, inspiring creativity, and challenging established thinking.

What you need to be successful

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a strong web and mobile portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach for both and a deep understanding of problem-solving.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, specifically in heavy data B2B products, is essential. Experience with Figma's distributed version control tools is required.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your operational expertise in prioritization and time management will be key to navigating the Global QcommerceTribe.
• Demonstrated experience in leading research initiatives and design initiatives. You should be comfortable advocating for your design proposals through clear narratives and data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Demonstrable experience of collaborating effectively with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders to align on goals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in a leadership and mentorship role is highly valued.
