You will coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, oversee housing inventory, and act as the main point of contact for housing-related matters.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in housing or hospitality management, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing, administration or hospitality housing management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with housing or property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of staff accommodations to high living standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for timely repairs.
• Oversee housing inventory, furnishings, supplies and equipment.
• Serve as primary contact for staff housing-related matters.
• Supervise allocation of housing units and maintain records.
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and room changes.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain occupancy records and costs for planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams on staff welfare initiatives.
