AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a People & Culture Agent at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. You will support HR processes, assist recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and help maintain an engaging workplace culture.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR/Business, 2–4 years in HR, and strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• HRIS/HR software experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day HR and People & Culture operations.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
• Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
• Help organize training, workshops, and internal HR activities.
• Support employee relations and escalate complex issues to HR management as needed.
• Ensure HR policies are communicated and consistently applied.
• Prepare HR reports and administrative documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related information and attendance/leave records.
• Support company culture initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace.
