Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Dubai seeks a seasoned Data Center Solutions Executive to grow the pipeline across BMS, Fire & Gas, Security, and OT Cybersecurity. You will identify new opportunities, map strategic accounts, and co-develop GTM plans with SI partners for key tenders in the Gulf region.

You will lead executive briefings, present customer solutions, and drive tender specifications, aligning with procurement heads and project directors to win high-value data center projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or solution consulting for the Data Center Vertical.
• 5+ years in Sales or Technical delivery in Building Controls.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center concepts and elements.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• English and Arabic speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities in the Data Center Industry
• Build and maintain Strategic Account Maps (SAMs) to capture whitespace and revenue opportunities
• Co-develop joint GTM plans with strategic SI partners for key accounts and tenders
• Develop country-level go-to-market plans for the Gulf region
• Lead relationship development with operation directors, project directors, and procurement heads
• Lead customer-facing solution presentations, workshops, and executive briefings
• Drive specification inclusion in tenders and consultancy documents

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or solution consulting specifically for the Data Center Vertical
• 5+ years of experience with Sales or Technical delivery in the Building Controls field
• Strong knowledge of Data Center Vertical concepts and elements
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions
• English and Arabic speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Engineering degree (e.g., Master's) in a relevant field
• Experience in the META region and understanding of the local market
• Experience within large matrixed organizations
• Knowledge of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions
