TalentOne in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee bulk onboarding, mobilization, and post-joining employee operations across multiple client accounts. You will lead a team to meet onboarding and deployment targets while ensuring accuracy and adherence to client SLAs.

The role requires strong UAE experience in manpower outsourcing, deep knowledge of the employee lifecycle, visa coordination, and excellent leadership and client-facing communication.

Formación

• 6+ years of UAE experience in manpower outsourcing or staffing.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering in client SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage bulk onboarding across multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of UAE employment processes and visa coordination.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve onboarding and deployment targets within client SLAs.
• Oversee contracts, documentation, visa processing, medicals, insurance, inductions, and approvals.
• Coordinate joining, travel, accommodation, transportation, and site access.
• Manage post-joining activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and employee concerns.
• Handle probation, renewals, transfers, offboarding, and final settlements.
• Resolve escalations and maintain HRMS records and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team and deliver onboarding and deployment targets within client SLAs.
• Oversee contracts, documentation, visa processing, medicals, insurance, inductions, and client approvals.
• Coordinate joining, travel, accommodation, transportation, and site access.
• Manage post-joining support covering attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and employee concerns.
• Oversee probation, renewals, transfers, offboarding, and final-settlement coordination.
• Resolve client and employee escalations; maintain accurate HRMS records and performance reports.
