Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Manager in Dubai to own and manage customer relationships across designated territories, leading Biomedical Technicians and Field Engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires driving profitability and adhering to contractual commitments, while managing resources, installations, recalls, and escalated service calls.

The candidate will ensure SLA targets are met, implement recalls and preventive maintenance, and supervise on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4 years related experience.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical or business issues.
• Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
