Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer relationships across a designated territory.
• Lead and coach technical teams including Biomedical Technicians and Field Engineers.
• Drive profitability and growth of assigned customers.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLA targets.
• Manage resource planning and on-call processes.
• Execute recalls and PMs.
• Partner with commercial teams to ensure contract renewals and retention.
