Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician in Dubai to evaluate and repair complex medical devices, perform planned maintenance, and lead other technicians according to hospital policies and GE procedures.

You will document actions, manage spares and tools, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with nurses, doctors, and leadership. This role requires independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/biomedical/mechanical engineering or equivalent military education.
• Proficient in electronic documentation with devices (iPad/iPhone).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent military education, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
• Proficiency in electronic documentation using tools like iPad and iPhone
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Experience maintaining customer relations with nurses, doctors, and leadership
• Ability to work independently and as a team to solve problems
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs unassisted
