Job summary

GE HealthCare in Dubai is seeking a field service engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and service devices, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining service logs and coordinating with customers and vendors.

The role requires strong electrical/electromechanical knowledge, customer interfacing skills, and the ability to train clinical staff on equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent military education.
• Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
• HS diploma/GED with 12+ years servicing electronic equipment.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract renewals and revenue programs.
• Train clinical staff on designated equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma training or certification
