Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Field Service Leader to manage customer relationships across a territory and to lead Biomedical Technicians and Field Engineers in imaging equipment maintenance.

The role focuses on driving service profitability, meeting SLA targets, and coordinating with commercial teams to secure contract renewals and retention in a Dubai-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4 years related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical or business-related issues.
