Job summary

• Support execution of budgetary and contractual quotes and create contract packages
• Partner with service teams to resolve PO expirations and manage risk cases
• Update SFDC and provide reporting for variable compensation and collections
• Handle customer billing questions and account maintenance issues
• Manage inbound calls and emails regarding service agreements and invoicing

Requirements

• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siebel systems (Siebel 1 preferred)

• Basic understanding of technical or medical equipment
