Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking a Sports & Events Coordinator to manage client contracts, bookings, and events at The Sevens Stadiums. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain the online booking system.

A rotating roster may apply as stadium duty manager, with monthly reporting responsibilities. The role requires 3+ years in sports/event management, a degree in Sports and Events Management, and proficient MS Office usage.

Qualifications

• 12 years schooling or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in Sports Administration, Event Management, Event Operations and Venue Management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the negotiation and management of key regular client contracts and bookings.
• Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure events are delivered on time.
• Input all bookings and events into the online booking schedule.
• Carry out stadium duty manager responsibilities on a rotating roster.
• Record weekly data and provide monthly reports on event rental use.
• Assist with developing new internal/external business initiatives and drive them forward.
• Assist with banking and receipting for clients, bookings and events.
• Support day-to-day stadium operations and reporting deadlines.
