Elements me events in Dubai is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead and own complex events from concept to delivery. You will manage internal teams, suppliers and clients, ensuring flawless execution and profitability.

The role requires 6+ years of event management, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of event management experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership to guide suppliers and crews.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and project-management abilities.
• Solid understanding of event operations.
• Calm, decisive and solution-oriented under pressure.
• UAE event industry experience is a plus; driving license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage events from brief and concept through planning, production and execution.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and event crews.
• Act as main client contact and manage relationships.
• Develop event concepts, proposals, presentations, budgets and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, quotations and profitability.
• Coordinate with project team for venues, suppliers, production, AV, branding and logistics.
• Lead site visits, rehearsals, installations, event days and dismantling.
• Make decisions and solve problems on-site quickly and confidently.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, reconciliations and client follow-ups.
