Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Special Events Executive to drive group leads into confirmed events at Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. You will service local accounts, visit potential clients in Dubai, and push proposals to close quickly.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes within 24 hours, securing deposits, and coordinating with finance for local purchase orders to ensure prompt payment. Fluent English and luxury hospitality background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a 5‑star resort or hotel in Dubai.
• Passion for luxury events and hospitality.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong sales skills and a flair for events.
• Excellent administrative abilities.

About the role

Do you have a passion for sales and events, and enjoy helping to exceed targets? In this role you will manage group leads for Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, converting them into confirmed events and contributing to revenue and room nights goals. You will:

• Service local accounts and visit potential clients in Dubai.
• Prepare and send out proposals and quotes within 24 hours of an enquiry, following the standard template.
• Assist the team with securing initial deposits and preparing local purchase orders to ensure prompt payment.
• Report to the Assistant Manager, and Manager of Special Events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Delphi or comparable systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
