Job summary

Atlantis The Palm, a Kerzner International luxury resort in Dubai, seeks a commercially driven Executive to join our Sales team. You will oversee the UK, Europe & Australia markets, support the Account Director, and help develop new business within the leisure segment.

You will assist with site inspections and FAM trips, prepare running orders, and coordinate with tour operators. A two-year track record, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional organization are essential for success.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Executive to join our Sales team, overseeing the UK, Europe & Australia markets for Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. In this role, you will support the Account Director in managing existing accounts while proactively developing new business within the leisure segment. You will assist with site inspections, FAM trips, and the preparation of detailed running orders, while coordinating communications with both contracted and non-contracted tour operator partners.

The position also involves managing daily reports, overseeing bookings, and preparing proposals and group quotations. Working closely with the Account Director, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across your designated markets.

About You

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, along with a willingness to attend regular meetings and work flexible hours. Candidates should have advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should be able to prioritise tasks, handle sensitive or complex situations, and be self-motivated and career driven.
