Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services presents a Spare Parts Supervisor role in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will oversee inventory across automotive brands, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment for workshops and customers.

You will analyze consumption, forecast demand, and set reorder points with safety stock. Strong ERP/DMS and Excel skills are required to optimize turnover and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in automotive spare parts inventory, parts planning, procurement or aftersales operations.
• Proven expertise in spare parts demand forecasting, inventory optimization, stock aging, ABC/FSN analysis, inventory turnover and replenishment planning.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts operations, supplier coordination, workshop requirements, parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in automotive DMS/ERP systems, advanced Excel and inventory reporting, with strong analytical, organizational and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spare parts inventory across automotive and powersports brands, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient replenishment and high parts availability for workshops, service centers and customers.
• Analyze parts consumption, forecast demand, establish reorder points and safety stock levels, and minimize excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage spare parts ordering, supplier follow-ups, lead times, purchase planning and inventory costs while ensuring timely availability of genuine parts.
• Coordinate closely with workshop and aftersales teams to prevent service delays, monitor inventory KPIs, conduct stock audits and improve inventory turnover, cost efficiency and operational performance.
