• Supervise health club operations: support the Manager in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
• Lead the health club team: train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
• Provide hands-on support: step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality.
• Support business operations: assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance.
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
