Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of spa therapies, wellness practices, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa and wellness facility operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate therapists and spa attendants to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Design and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene, health, and safety compliance at all times.
• Manage departmental budgets, stock inventories, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Build strong guest relationships, ensuring personalized service and encouraging repeat business.
• Collaborate with hotel management to integrate spa offerings with overall guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
