Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in Dubai to manage the full procurement cycle for spa, wellness, and MEP projects. You will source suppliers, issue RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare purchase orders while coordinating with project teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires 3–6 years in procurement or purchasing, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. UAE procurement experience is preferred and localization to Dubai operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities for spa, wellness, and MEP projects.
• Source materials, equipment, spare parts, and services based on approved project requirements.
• Prepare RFQs to local and international suppliers; obtain and compare quotations.
• Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines; track long-lead items.
• Coordinate procurement of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and wellness-system components.
• Review approved BOQs, material schedules, specifications, drawings, and equipment requirements.
• Track purchase orders from order placement through manufacturing, shipment, and final delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and delivery documentation.
