Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a proactive Purchase Officer to manage procurement for perfume manufacturing and trading operations in Dubai. You will source raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 3–5 years of procurement experience, UAE familiarity, and strong supplier relationship skills to optimize costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, chemical or manufacturing industries preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in sourcing, supplier management, PO processing and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging, finished goods and other inputs.
• Identify and develop relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate favourable terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and monitor delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Coordinate import/export documentation and logistics.
• Track supplier performance and address issues timely.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost control.
