Job summary

White Spot Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking a Procurement Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in FM to source, purchase, and coordinate suppliers for FM projects and operations in Dubai.

You will manage procurement of MEP, Civil, HVAC and maintenance materials, negotiate prices, monitor delivery schedules, prepare purchase orders, and ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery while aligning with budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years procurement experience in Facilities Management.
• Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Civil, and FM maintenance materials.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure FM-related materials, equipment, tools, and services.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Project teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget requirements.
• Track inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
• Maintain procurement records, reports, and vendor documentation.
• Support tendering and subcontractor evaluation processes when required.
