Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and client care

• Encourage cross selling across spa services and other business centers
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and grooming
• Record daily sales and guest preferences accurately
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and medical details
