Qualifications

• Recognized spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facial treatments, and body therapies.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
