Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments to a high standard and tailor experiences to guests.
• Record guest preferences and ensure personalised care.
• Be knowledgeable of all treatments offered and any promotions.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment areas and rooms.
• Manage stock and supplies and monitor equipment.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards within the spa.
• Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
• Cover reception as needed and support the Spa Manager.
