Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join a luxury spa in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide high-quality spa treatments, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a relaxing experience for guests.

Responsibilities include performing massages and body treatments, assessing guest needs, maintaining hygiene, educating clients, and promoting spa services. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or related role in a luxury spa or wellness center.
• Certified in massage therapy and body treatments.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, demeanor and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the spa experience.
• Educate clients on available spa services, products, and post-treatment care.
• Uphold spa protocols and best practices to deliver consistent services.
• Assist in promoting spa services and products to maximize revenue.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in spa treatments.
