Hilton in Dubai invites experienced hospitality professionals to join as Head Spa Therapist, leading spa operations and delivering memorable guest experiences across our health club, fitness center, and salon.

You will train and supervise the spa team, ensure service excellence, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with marketing and guest services to drive engagement and growth within a globally renowned hospitality brand.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Spa operations: support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
• Lead the Treatment Operation: train, schedule, and supervise team members across spa and guest service roles.
• Provide hands-on support: step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality.
• Support business operations: assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance.
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
