Job summary

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in Dubai is seeking a professional Spa Therapist to provide holistic treatments including massages, facials and body therapies, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will uphold hygiene standards, drive spa revenue to meet targets, promote products, and deliver services in line with hotel policies and QA guidelines.

Requirements include a certificate or equivalent and at least two years in a five-star hotel; strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in a five-star hotel.
• Physically fit for the position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic treatments including massages, facial & body therapies.
• Ensure SPA services comply with LQA standards and hotel policies.
• Drive revenue to meet daily, monthly and yearly targets.
• Promote spa and body care products to guests and provide product knowledge.
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards as directed by the spa and law.
• Assist in ongoing training and teamwork within the department.
