Spa Operations

• Perform massage services while maintaining guest comfort throughout each treatment.

Spa and personal treatment equipment must be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition, and the therapist should be familiar with facility operations and applicable emergency requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain treatment-room supply inventories.
• Attend weekly or monthly departmental communication meetings as required.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
• Support accurate operational administration related to spa activities.
• Follow the property 's environmental protocols, including responsible energy and water consumption, waste reduction, sustainable purchasing practices, and required compliance activities.
