Job summary

Salayel Hospitality in Abu Dhabi seeks a skilled Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness experiences. The role covers massages, facials, body treatments, and therapies while upholding the highest hygiene and professionalism.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. You will consult guests, tailor treatments, manage schedules, and support inventory in a luxury spa environment, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Massage Therapist with recognized training in massage and wellness therapies.
• 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies as per spa menu and brand standards.
• Conduct professional guest consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health considerations.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered with consistency, care, and attention to guest comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas at all times.
• Recommend suitable treatments, products, and spa packages to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Follow all spa SOPs, health & safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage treatment schedules efficiently and be punctual for all appointments.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the Spa Supervisor/Manager when required.
• Assist with inventory control and report product or equipment needs.
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional spa atmosphere at all times.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Experience in UAE or GCC hospitality environment is preferred
