Job summary

JCV COMMERCIAL in Dubai is seeking a guest relations associate for a luxurious spa, where you will greet guests and set the tone of their experience.

You will manage bookings and inquiries with excellent knowledge of our spa offerings, ensuring seamless scheduling, and you will process payments securely while protecting guest information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably luxury hospitality or spa.
• Proven experience in handling bookings and managing appointments using spa software.
• Excellent command of English, fluency in Arabic is a plus.
