Job summary

Fairmont Dubai is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage spa treatment and personal training reservations, and provide detailed information about facilities and services.

You will maintain inventory, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and ensure secure facility access in line with health and safety regulations. Strong English communication and guest service skills are essential, with familiarity in MS Office or spa management systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an intense environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Fidelio PMS, SpaSoft, or Micros is recommended.
