Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager – Spa Operations to lead the resort's Spa Operations team and ensure premier service delivery. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and guest experiences, driving consistency with Forbes Five-Star standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in spa/wellness operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in spa management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards.
Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of spa operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records for audits, licensing, and operational reporting.
