Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist – Spa Operations to join its luxury spa team and uphold Forbes Five Star standards. The role requires supervising therapists, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across treatments and wellness programs.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in a premium spa, advanced massage training, and strong leadership skills to maintain high service quality and professional discretion in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in various modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guests’ needs and preferences.
• Ensure a personalized, therapeutic, and discreet experience for each guest.
• Maintain expert knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and wellness practices.
• Supervise and support massage therapists, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to spa protocols.
• Conduct training sessions on techniques, guest service standards, and product knowledge.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of massage therapy staff.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for services.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies used in massage therapy.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards in all areas of operation.
• Work closely with spa management to develop new treatment offerings and wellness programs.
• Support spa promotions and special events through service excellence and team coordination.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency.
